HANKINSON, N.D. (AP) - Authorities in southeast North Dakota say the third suspect in a home invasion that left two people injured is in custody.

The Richland County Sheriff’s Office says 25-year-old Jamie Dewolf, of Wahpeton, turned himself in Saturday. He’s been charged with Class B burglary.

Authorities say two homeowners in Hankinson reported that three armed suspects entered their home Sunday, assaulted them and robbed them. The homeowners were treated at the scene and refused further medical attention. Authorities say cash and miscellaneous items were taken from the home.

The other two suspects, 20-year-old Dylan Beith, of Wahpeton, and 21-year-old Alexander Cannon, of Wheaton, Minnesota, were arrested and charged with Class B burglary earlier this week.

Court records don’t list an attorney for Beith. It’s unclear whether Cannon and Dewolf have legal representation.
