WASHINGTON (AP) - D.C. police say a 12-year-old boy was struck by a bullet while inside a home in northwest Washington.
Officer Paul Metcalf, a police spokesman, says investigators believe the bullet was fired from outside the house around 10:15 p.m. Saturday. The boy was struck in the leg and was taken to a hospital.
Police have no description of the shooter and have not established a motive.
