LINWOOD, Pa. (AP) - Fire investigators are trying to find out what started a southeastern Pennsylvania blaze that killed a woman and left a man and three children hospitalized.

Authorities said the Lower Chichester Township fire was reported shortly after 7 a.m. Saturday, and the house was engulfed in flames by the time crews arrived.

Ryan Fuller, chief of the Lower Chichester Volunteer Fire Department, said everyone was able to get out except for the 62-year-old woman later found dead.

Two adults and five children were taken to Crozer-Chester Medical Center. One man was reported in critical but stable condition.

Hospital spokeswoman Katrina Stier said the three children who remained hospitalized were expected to be discharged in a day or so.

Fuller said many people have donated food, toys and supplies for the family.
