DOVER, Del. (AP) - State police say a 21-year-old man was killed when his car crossed the center line and hit another vehicle head-on in the Dover area.

The crash occurred just after 3 a.m. Sunday on Forest Avenue, west of Dover. Police say Jordan Kershaw was driving a 1990 Mazda Miata that drifted across the double-yellow line into the eastbound lanes, where it hit the front left bumper of another car.

Police say Kershaw was taken to a hospital, where he died. He was not wearing a seat belt. The drive of the other car wasn’t hurt. The crash remains under investigation.
