BANDON, Ore. (AP) - Oregon State Police believe speed and alcohol played a role in the crash that killed two people on Highway 101 north of Bandon.

The car left the highway Sunday morning and crashed into several trees.

The World reports (https://bit.ly/1xl0jZ5) troopers identified the dead as the 20-year-old driver Christopher Coney and 23-year-old passenger Rachel Ragle, both from Coos Bay.
