CAMDEN, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police say a bicyclist was killed after he crawled under a train stopped at a railroad crossing and the train moved.

It happened about 5:10 p.m. Sunday on Southern Boulevard in Camden. Troopers say 37-year-old Phillip Hartly Jr. of Dover was waiting for a 128-car Norfolk Southern cargo train to pass when it stopped at the crossing.

Police say Hartly crawled with his bike under the train. Officers say the train began to move, dragging him about 40 feet.

Hartly was pronounced dead at the scene.
