SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. (AP) - Citing a lack of evidence, prosecutors have dropped all charges against a Southern California teacher accused of having sex with students.

Amy Corinne Bramlett, a program specialist at Indian Springs High School in San Bernardino, was arrested in September on suspicion of unlawful sex with two minors - one a current student, the other a former student.

The Sheriff’s Department launched an investigation, but the district attorney’s office said the probe failed to turn up enough evidence to warrant charges.

The Sun newspaper reports (https://bit.ly/1DCmSfo ) a Superior Court judge on Monday agreed and tossed all charges against the 46-year-old Bramlett.

Her lawyer, Michael Scafiddi, said last month that the two alleged victims had recanted their accusations.
