MISSOULA, Mont. (AP) - Missoula police have a 52-year-old man in custody after a convenience store was robbed over the weekend.

Missoula Police Sgt. Collin Rose tells KECI-TV (https://bit.ly/13qmtws ) that the Zip Trip store was robbed about 10:30 p.m. Saturday.

An employee told officers the man approached the employee with his hand in his pocket, demanding money and threatening to shoot.

The man then ran out of the store with an undisclosed amount of money and beer.

Department officials say an officer recognized the suspect in a photograph captured by security cameras.

The incident remains under investigation.
