STARKVILLE, Miss. (AP) - Blair Schaefer was 4 of 5 from 3-point range with 12 points and five assists in No. 21 Mississippi State’s 104-41 win over Mississippi Valley State on Monday night.

Fourteen players played at least nine minutes for the Bulldogs (11-0) and 11 had at least six points.

Mississippi State dominated the glass with 26 offensive rebounds compared to MVSU’s 24 defensive boards. Chinwe Okorie led the way with seven offensive rebounds.

The Bulldogs also forced 37 turnovers which led to an 86-48 edge in overall shot attempts.

Okorie, Martha Alwal, Victoria Vivians and LaKaris Salter each scored 11 and Sherise Williams added 10. Vivians and Kendra Grant each had two 3-pointers and Mississippi State was 11 of 22 from 3-point range.

Christina Reed led MVSU (2-7) with 21 points and six rebounds.
