NEWARK, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police are investigating the discovery of a body near Glasgow High School in Newark.

A spokeswoman with the New Castle County paramedics tells The News Journal (https://delonline.us/1szPf9s ) that emergency crews were called to the scene just after 7 a.m. Tuesday.

The body was found in a ditch near a bus stop. Paramedics say the victim was a man who was approximately 70 years old.

Authorities say there was no initial sign of injury to the body.
