BOSTON (AP) - Boston police are warning women who use ride share services to exercise caution following three separate assaults last weekend.

The alleged assaults all occurred early Sunday morning in three distinct areas of the city.

The women told police that they were assaulted by people they thought were employees of a ride share service they had hired. In all three cases the driver touched or tried to touch the women inappropriately while inside the vehicle.

The women ordered the drivers to stop so they could get out of the vehicle.

Police searched but did not find any alleged assailants.

The investigation is ongoing.
