PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A police vest with some attached gear has been stolen from a U.S. Marshals Service vehicle in Portland.

Supervisory Deputy Eric Wahlstrom tells KOIN (https://bit.ly/138ToEX ) it happened about 3:15 a.m. Tuesday while the unmarked vehicle was parked near Grant High School.

It appears to be a random car prowl. No guns were taken.
