CLEVELAND (AP) - An Ohio man who prosecutors say robbed a bank and then posed with the stolen cash for an Instagram photo has been sentenced to nearly 12 years in prison.

A judge in Cleveland sentenced 22-year-old Rodney Johnson Jr. on Monday.

The Northeast Ohio Media Group (https://bit.ly/1AejIbP ) reports that Johnson brandished a gun and robbed a Fifth Third Bank branch in the suburb of Cleveland Heights in December 2013. He an accomplice made off with about $6,700.

Johnson was arrested four days later. The FBI and Johnson’s probation officer in a separate case matched the photo on the social media site with bank surveillance photos. He then pleaded guilty.

His 18-year-old accomplice was sentenced in August to five years in prison.

Johnson had just gotten out of prison for aggravated robbery.
