PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - A grand jury has indicted three men in the 1995 shooting death of a 24-year-old man in his southeast Portland home.

Brothers Adrian Stafford and Selwyn Stafford, as well as Vinson White, have been indicted on counts of aggravated murder and murder in the death of Darrin Ezell. A fourth man, Danny Conner, was previously arrested on felony murder counts.

The Stafford brothers and White are serving time at prisons in Oregon, Washington and California on unrelated matters. Portland police said Tuesday they will be eventually be arraigned in Oregon on the new charges.

Ezell was killed on Dec. 20, 1995. The police cold case homicide unit says masked men entered the home and robbed Ezell, then shot him before leaving. Two young children were present at the time but were not hurt.
