HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (AP) - A Huntsville janitor accused of planting cameras in business restrooms has pleaded not guilty to federal pornography charges.

Al.com reported Wednesday (https://bit.ly/1w0kncD ) that 42-year-old Jeremy Joseph Nelson appeared before U.S. Magistrate Harwell Davis and his trial is scheduled for Feb. 5.

Nelson was arrested by the Alabama State Bureau of Investigation in October on state charges of producing child pornography by hiding cameras in the bathrooms of three Huntsville businesses.

The federal charges are linked to accusations that Nelson produced child porn between 2012 and 2014, and that he possessed pornography featuring children younger than 12.
