MILWAUKEE (AP) - Milwaukee police have identified a woman found dead with gunshot wounds in a car on the city’s northwest side.

Police identified the woman as 24-year-old Keanna Moore on Tuesday. They say her body was found inside a car parked in an alley near an apartment complex before 2:30 p.m. Sunday. Police said Monday she appeared to be a homicide victim.

No arrests have been reported and police haven’t released more information on Moore’s death.

Moore’s friends tell WITI-TV they had been trying to contact the mother of three since Saturday but got no response. Moore’s friend Precious Sprewer says she doesn’t know why Moore was at the apartment complex. She says she had never heard of Moore knowing someone in the complex or going to the area.
