FARGO, N.D. (AP) - A North Dakota man has been charged in a vehicle crash in Sargent County that killed a passenger.
KFGO radio reports that 21-year-old Jason Neiber, of Geneso, is charged with criminal vehicular homicide, drunken driving and refusing to be tested for drugs or alcohol.
Neiber was driving a pickup that rolled near Geneso on Nov. 13. Both Neiber and 20-year-old Kyle Nelson, of Lidgerwood, were thrown from the pickup. Nelson died from his injuries.
Court documents do not list an attorney for Neiber.
