AUSTIN, Texas (AP) - Boxes and bags of grapefruit have ended up scattered along a Central Texas interstate following a traffic accident.

KXAN-TV (https://bit.ly/1yYcHtB ) reports nobody was hurt early Wednesday in the wreck that spilled citrus near downtown Austin.

Austin police are trying to determine what caused the Interstate 35 crash that led to traffic delays and rerouting of some vehicles. Investigators believe one truck apparently sideswiped another, damaging a rig that was hauling grapefruit.

Texas Department of Transportation crews cleared the fruit and I-35 fully reopened in time for Wednesday morning’s traffic rush.
