RIVERHEAD, N.Y. (AP) - Three men have pleaded not guilty in connection with a fatal shooting during a fight outside of a Long Island bar.

Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota says an indictment charges Randis Peralta of Brentwood with the top count of second-degree murder.

He also is charged, along with co-defendants, with manslaughter and gang assault in connection with the September 2013 shooting of Cleon Norwood in Brentwood. He died of his injuries in February of this year.

The DA identified the other defendants as Donald Bangs of Bay Shore and Brandon Solar of Brentwood.

Information on their attorneys was not immediately available.
