GREENWOOD, S.C. (AP) - A Greenwood man has been charged with driving under the influence in a November crash that killed another man.

Local media outlets report that 26-year-old Adam Martyn Rowell was arrested Tuesday and charged with felony DUI and open container.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol says that 27-year-old Jeremy Dead Cockrell of Greenwood was killed in a wreck on Nov. 15. Authorities say both men were driving trucks and neither wore a seatbelt.

It wasn’t immediately known if Rowell had an attorney.
