BRISTOL, Pa. (AP) - Police say they’re investigating after students reported seeing a sexually explicit video involving juveniles circulating among classmates at a suburban Philadelphia middle school.

Bristol Township Police Chief Lt. John Godzieba says they’ve confiscated at least 10 cell phones as of Wednesday as part of the probe at Franklin Roosevelt Middle School.

No charges have been filed.

Bristol Township Superintendent Samuel Lee declined to comment on whether the two juveniles shown in the video were students. He said it wasn’t shot on school time or property.

Lee says administrators sent a letter home Wednesday after students alerted to the video. He says students are encouraging to shop sharing it.

Lee says this is the first time in his five-year tenure they district is dealing with a sexually explicit video or message.
