CONCORD, N.H. (AP) - New Hampshire State Police say a 49-year-old woman had a blood alcohol level more than three times the legal limit when she was driving the wrong way on a highway.

Police pulled over Jennifer Gallagher of Concord just after 8 p.m. heading west in the eastbound lane of Route 393.

A breath test given at the trooper barracks registered a blood alcohol content of at least three times the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

Gallagher was charged with driving while intoxicated. It could not immediately be learned if she had a lawyer.
