BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) - Authorities say a man sought in connection with a fatal shooting in Buffalo last month has been apprehended in Florida.

Time Warner Cable News in Buffalo reports (https://bit.ly/1w5l5p9 ) that the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested 20-year-old Jonathan Roman at a home in New Port Richey, on the Gulf Coast 25 miles north of Tampa.

Roman is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 20-year-old Cesar Ramirez-Davila, who was shot on Hudson Street on Buffalo’s west side early on the morning of Nov. 23.

Roman is being held at the Land O’ Lakes Detention Center in Florida with no bond. There’s no word on when he will be extradited to Buffalo.

The killing of Ramirez-Davila was one of three separate fatal shootings in three days in Buffalo.
