ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - Hospital workers in Orlando transformed a hospital room into a bistro so that a Stage 4 cancer patient could have a romantic date with his wife.

Workers at Florida Hospital strung decorative lights from the ceiling, brought in white table clothes and food from the favorite restaurant of Lazaro Fonteboa and his wife, Tracey.

They got a tuxedo shirt and tie for Fonteboa to wear.

A hospital worker played the couple’s favorite song on a flute.

The 34-year-old Fonteboa has Stage 4 metastatic kidney cancer and is unable to leave the hospital.
