ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (AP) - Two people charged in a fatal shooting of a man at an Albuquerque apartment are now facing additional charges tied to a robbery.

KOB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/13rxw8a) that 19-year-old Juan Martinez and 19-year-old Ryan Baca were in court Saturday morning on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and conspiracy.

Police say both men and a 17-year-old male robbed two liquor stores Wednesday, shortly before shooting and killing 22-year-old Andrew Junquiera.

The Associated Press is not identifying the 17-year-old by name because of his age.

According to authorities, the three suspects stole hundreds of dollars’ worth of liquor. Police say they posted pictures of the stolen alcohol on Facebook that were tagged to their accounts.

Police used surveillance footage to identify them.

All three are already facing a murder charge.
