GILLETTE, Wyo. (AP) - A judge in Gillette has ordered a 26-year-old man to stand trial in district court on a charge that he caused a traffic fatality while driving drunk.

The Gillette News-Record reports (https://bit.ly/13p3Gkl ) that Circuit Court Judge Terrill Tharp on Friday ordered Robert Reese to remain in custody and face the charge in district court.

Authorities say Reese had more than three times the legal limit of alcohol in his system on Sept. 20 when he was in a head-on collision on Highway 59 between Gillette and Wright. The wreck killed 29-year-old Chad Nobach of Gillette.
