Late for a meeting? Run out of the house without shaving? Just need to knock down that 5-o-clock shadow before dinner with the family? ShaveTech’s USB razor is designed just for you. That’s not to say that this little dynamo is not robust enough to handle day-to-day facial grooming duties, it will and then some.

The USB rechargeable razor packs enough power to take down that stubble on a daily basis, and its compact size is ideal for the briefcase or backpack and charges quickly when connected to the usb on your laptop, desktop, or associated USB plug for your various mobile devices.

“The ShaveTech uses USB powered state-of-the-art technology, so that you can charge it anywhere! Just by plugging the ShaveTech into any standard USB port, you can charge your electric razor with ease, free of the frustration of finding an unoccupied electrical outlet and packing any bulky adapters. When not charging, the ShaveTech USB port flips up directly into the razor itself, making it easy to grip fro a close shave.”

From opening the box to shaving was about an hour (I was acting as if the razor battery was completely drained), which was more than enough to test the razor. I then left it plugged in overnight to ensure it was fully charged in the morning. It’s compact, and I was ready for a brief attempt to knock down whatever overnight growth had occurred. Being a regular, every morning, shaver with a razor and shaving cream, I was not expecting the close shave I am used to, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. This razor is anything but a briefcase-for-emergencies razor. It delivered an exceptional shave on my way to the office with no irritation and power to spare. I used it everyday for the first week in the car just to see how long it would last and was inspired by the fact that on Friday, I had enough power to shave as well as on Monday. I then plugged it into my laptop USB and charged it while I was at work.

Now this razor, which I expected to be a backup in case of a time-management crunch or failure to remember a meeting, is my daily grooming tool!

Head over to the ShaveTech website and pick one up, it will make a wonderful stocking stuffer or primary gift for that man on your list. Take them at their word, and “shave anywhere your busy life takes you!”
