SYDNEY (AP) - The Wellington Phoenix moved ahead of Sydney FC and into the top four in Australia’s A-League with a 2-0 win over the Sydney side in the only match Sunday.

Two second-half goals by Nathan Burns - in the 73rd and 81st minutes - gave Wellington the vital away win.

Earlier in round 11, midfielder Erik Paartalu’s goal gave Melbourne City a 1-0 win over the Melbourne Victory and helped the Perth Glory increase its first-place lead to six points over the Victory.

Chris Harold scored twice and Danny De Silva added an insurance goal with a 25-yard strike to give Perth a 4-1 home win over Central Coast.

Jeronimo Neumann’s 81st-minute goal gave the Newcastle Jets a 2-1 win over Adelaide United and its first win of the season.
