PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Police arrested a man accused of throwing four pipe bombs out his car window as he fled from an officer in Portland.

Sgt. Pete Simpson says 43-year-old Neal Panschow was arrested Sunday afternoon after police got a tip he was in northeast Portland.

The pipe bombs tossed during Tuesday’s chase did not detonate.
