NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Josh Williams scored 21 points and three other Lipscomb players reached double figures in a 69-63 victory over Austin Peay on Sunday.

Williams scored a layup to break a 51-all tie with 6:27 to play. Brett Wishon made a pair of free throws and Williams scored on a three-point play to stretch Lipscomb’s lead to 60-54 with 2:53 left.

Josh Robinson made two free throws to pull Austin Peay within 60-56 with 2:42 to go. Wishon answered with a 3 and the Bisons shot 6 of 6 from the line to seal it.

Wishon scored 14 points, Malcolm Smith had 11, and Nathan Moran chipped in 10 points and dished out five assists for Lipscomb (5-7).

Chris Freeman scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Austin Peay (4-8). Chris Horton had 13 points and Ed Dyson added 11 for the Governors.
