INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - A 35-year-old London man wanted in Indiana since 2011 on child pornography charges made his initial court appearance Monday after being extradited.

Acting U.S. Attorney Josh Minkler says Domminich Shaw had been in custody in England for three years. He was brought to Indianapolis on Saturday and charged Monday with conspiracy to distribute child pornography, conspiracy to advertise child pornography, distributing child pornography, receiving child pornography and advertising child pornography.

Minkler says most of the pornography involved children under the age of 5.

An innocent plea was entered on his behalf. Court records don’t indicate he has hired an attorney. He was ordered detained until trial. No trial date has been set.

He faces up to life in prison if convicted on all counts.
