NEW CASTLE, Del. (AP) - Delaware State Police have identified a man who was killed in a single-car crash in New Castle.

Troopers say 25-year-old Nathan Clarke of New Castle was traveling south on US 13 about 5 a.m. Sunday. Police say his car drifted off the road and hit a chain link fence.

Clarke was pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
