PHOENIX (AP) - A Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office employee has pleaded not guilty to sex crime-related charges dating back almost two decades.

The Maricopa County Superior Court says 32-year-old Scott Andrew Dennison was arraigned Tuesday on charges of sexual conduct with a minor and molestation of a child.

According to court records, two female victims told Peoria police that Dennison molested them when they were children. Another victim alleges that Dennison engaged her in oral sex when she was between 4 and 5 years old.

The alleged incidents took place in January 1996 and April 2000, when Dennison was in his mid to late teens.

Dennison has been with MCSO since 2004. The agency is conducting an internal investigation.

He is currently on administrative leave.
