ST. LOUIS (AP) - St. Louis police are looking for two men who abducted a 64-year-old woman and kept her duct-taped in the back seat while they robbed a jewelry store.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch (https://bit.ly/1HvtlFy ) reports that the woman was walking to her car Monday when she was grabbed and forced into a car.

Police say the men and a third man robbed Robinson Jewelry Co. a short time later, armed with two handguns and a rifle. One of them smashed a display case. The owner escaped and fired at the suspects with his own gun. The suspects fled without any jewelry.

A resident of the area saw the woman and helped free her. She was unhurt.

Police aren’t sure if any of the suspects were struck by bullets.
