ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) - The Florida Highway Patrol says a good Samaritan helped pull four people from burning vehicles after a crash near Orlando.

According to troopers a car crossed the median and drove head-on into a maintenance truck Monday afternoon, sparking the fire.

That’s when Stuart Chaffin went into action.

Authorities say he pulled a victim out of the car before help arrived and then started helping others out of the truck

Chaffin suffered minor burns and was taken to a hospital. Those people who were pulled from the crash were also taken to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately known.
