CHEYENNE, Wyo. (AP) - Wyoming will have a white Christmas if current forecasts pan out.

Holiday travelers, drive with caution. The National Weather Service predicts significant snowfall for most of the Interstate 80 corridor across Wyoming.

Snowfall amounts could reach 10 inches in Evanston. Lesser amounts are forecast from Cheyenne to Rock Springs but the snow will be accompanied by winds up to 60 mph along much of I-80 in southeast Wyoming.

The Weather Service predicts snow will begin overnight and continue through Christmas Day.

Winter storm warnings are in effect for Sheridan, Casper, Douglas and most of southern Wyoming. The Weather Service has posted winter weather advisories for the rest of the state.
