BALTIMORE (AP) - Police in Baltimore say a woman is dead after a car crash on Christmas Eve and that weather conditions may have contributed to the accident.

Police say the crash happened Wednesday around 7:30 p.m. in the 2300 block of W. Cold Spring Lane. Police say the driver of a 2007 Suzuki Forenza was traveling westbound when she lost control of her vehicle and crossed into eastbound lanes. The car was then struck by an SUV.

Police say the driver of the Suzuki was taken to the hospital where she later died. Police identified her as 30-year-old Idoreyin Montague. The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
