ANDOVER, N.Y. (AP) - State police say a 52-year-old Allegany County woman is in jail without bail after being charged with shooting a man to death in a property dispute.

Shortly before 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, troopers were called to an address on Swain Hill Road in the town of Andover, 75 miles southeast of Buffalo. Police say Donna Hahn had shot 44-year-old Duane Hurburt. Both live at the same address.

Hahn was arraigned in the Town of Scio Court on charges of second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter and sent to the Allegany County Jail to await further court action.
