HELENA, Mont. (AP) - Great Falls Russell football coach Gary Lowry and Butte Central coach Don Peoples Jr. have been named head coaches for this summer’s East-West Shrine football game.

The 69th annual high school all-star game is scheduled to be played on July 18 in Great Falls. The event raises money for the Shriner’s Hospital for Children in Spokane, Washington.

Lowry led the Rustlers to a runner-up finish in Class AA this fall and he will coach the East team. Peoples’ Bulldogs were runners-up in Class A and he will coach the West team.

The West roster includes quarterbacks Brady McChesney of state champion Kalispell Glacier and Danny Peoples of Butte Central. The East quarterbacks are Casey Klaboe of Billings West and Dalton Palmer of Fairfield.
