TUSCALOOSA, Ala. (AP) - Police in Tuscaloosa are investigating a killing at an apartment complex.

The Tuscaloosa News reports (https://bit.ly/1xTUcva) that officers were sent to the Downing Place Apartments around 3:30 p.m. Thursday.

Sgt. Dale Phillips, commander of the Tuscaloosa County Metro Homicide Unit, said investigators believe the death was a homicide involving a male victim. No further details were immediately available.

The apartment complex is off 37th Street East.
