LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (AP) - Pop Warner is teaming with the NFL and others to give 200 mothers an opportunity to get some on-the-field training.

Pop Warner, the NFL, USA Football, former NFL players, and medical and nutrition experts will be at Disney’s ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex Monday for an interactive, hands-on tackling demonstration and panel discussion about nutrition and player safety.

In addition to the tackling demonstration, moms will learn about the signs and symptoms of concussion and the importance of hydration and equipment fit as they engage in discussion with a panel of experts.

Pop Warner Executive Director Jon Butler and NFL Executive Vice President Troy Vincent will welcome the moms.

Christine Golic also will offer her perspective as the wife of a former NFL player and mom of football players.
