TRENTON, N.J. (AP) - A coastal flood warning is in effect for the entire New Jersey coast for Tuesday and a winter weather advisory was in effect for the northwest part of the state.

The National Weather Service said the nor’easter is expected to bring winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts of up to 45 mph along the coast.

Two to three inches of rain were forecast and a flood watch was in effect for much of the state.

A winter weather advisory was in effect in Sussex and Warren counties from 7 p.m. Monday through 10 a.m. Tuesday.

New Jersey Transit was planning to cross-honor tickets on the entire system Tuesday.
