HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) - A man accused of burning a 10-month-old girl with bath water is expected to face a judge.

Tylone Graham is being held on $35,000 bond and is scheduled to appear Monday in Hartford Superior Court.

WFSB-TV reports (https://bit.ly/1s4fu7t ) that Graham tells police it was an accident. But police on Friday arrested Graham, who was charged with risk of injury to a minor.

Police say the girl is recovering from second- and third-degree burns.

Graham is the boyfriend of the girl’s mother, Alyssa Hawkins.
