SACO, Maine (AP) - Police in Saco are trying to determine who is responsible for stealing 30 Christmas wreaths from headstones at a cemetery in Saco.

Sgt. Scott Sicard says the thefts occurred between Monday and Friday last week at the Laurel Hill Cemetery.

Sicard says a family member concerned about the thefts hid a surveillance camera in the cemetery and it appeared to show a woman stealing two of the wreaths from a grave marker. Investigators believe the woman was driving a black Ford Explorer.

Police are asking anyone with information about the thefts to call the Saco police department.
