SAN JOSE, Calif. (AP) - Officials have re-opened two buildings at San Jose State University after a floor-by-floor search following a report of a gunman on campus.

SJSU spokeswoman Patricia Harris says a report came in at around 3 p.m. Monday that a gunman may be inside the Boccardo Business Complex, which houses classrooms.

Harris says in a statement that officials evacuated that building and the adjoining Business Tower, which holds offices for faculty and staff.

The rest of the campus remained open during the search.
