ALBANY, N.Y. (AP) - The state board considering new casino sites in upstate New York is meeting again, but no decisions are expected.

The siting board that will recommend granting up to four casino licenses is scheduled to meet Tuesday morning in New York City. A decision on where casinos will be located is expected to be announced Dec. 17, when the board meets for the final time.

The board is considering 16 casino applications.

Licenses are set to be awarded for three different upstate regions: the Albany-Saratoga area, the Southern Tier-Finger Lakes region and the Catskills and mid-Hudson Valley.
