GAITHERSBURG, Md. (AP) - Montgomery County Police are looking for a man who broke into a Gaithersburg cigar store and made off with $5,000 worth of merchandise.

Officers say on Nov. 5, the suspect broke the pull-down gate lock to J Cigar store in Lakeforest Mall and stole the merchandise.

Police say the same man tried to break into the store again two days later, but was interrupted by a mall security officer and fled before police arrived.
