OLYMPIA, Wash. (AP) - Port of Olympia commissioners voted Monday to settle three lawsuits filed by Arthur West, an open government advocate in Olympia.

The Olympian reports (https://bit.ly/1Abl32J) the port did not disclose how much money was involved in the settlement.

West also has recently taken legal action against the ports of Tacoma and Seattle, alleging they violated the state Open Meetings Act for holding confidential meetings on a planned alliance.
