CANBY, Ore. (AP) - A dump truck equipped with a snow plow was clearing an approach to the Willamette River ferry terminal near Canby on Sunday when it slid on ice into the river.

KGW reports (https://bit.ly/1h54LDC) that the driver, Paul Gorbette, jumped out of the truck about 15 feet from the water.

The plow was towed out of the water, and Gorbette went back to work Monday afternoon in another truck.
