MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Fifty West Virginia farmers and food vendors are expected to show off their products at the annual Winter Blues Farmers Market in Morgantown.

The free event is Thursday from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Morgantown Event Center. It’s designed to showcase small farms and culinary expertise.

The Local Foods Dine-Around features offerings from several area chefs and runs from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The events are part of the West Virginia University Extension Service Farm Conference, which runs through Saturday.
